6 Reasons to Choose KeychainWise for Fabric Keychains

For apparel brands, event organizers, and travel retailers, our embroidery and sewing workshop turns logos and lettering into finished fabric accessories, with coordinated edges, fittings, and labels.

1. Artwork Suited to Thread

Our design team reviews lettering and motifs at the intended finished size before sampling. This helps identify details that need simplifying for embroidery or a different textile treatment.

2. In-House Embroidery

Our factory has three computerized embroidery machines for textile, plush and leather projects. For fabric keychains, production checks include stitch count and the approved artwork requirements.

3. Thread & Border Color Control

We specify embroidery colors by thread number and coordinate the border color with the fabric. The actual stitched sample gives apparel buyers a reference for approving the full color combination.

4. Two Sides for Your Message

We develop single- or double-sided fabric designs, so a travel tag or event accessory can carry a logo and a separate message. Both sides are reviewed with the outline and edge treatment before production.

5. Edges and Fittings Assembled

Our sewing workshop includes sewing and edge-binding equipment, followed by key-fitting assembly. Process checks cover the agreed construction and attachment pull requirements for the finished textile piece.

6. Labels for Your Collection

We can add a woven label on the reverse and prepare branded backing cards, barcodes or appropriate care labels. Retail buyers can specify how the accessory joins the rest of their merchandise range.

Embroidered, Woven and Webbing Styles

The base and the way it is decorated determine whether your keychain feels like a badge, a woven tag or a strap.

  • Polyester or Cotton Embroidery Bases
Embroidery on a suitable polyester or cotton base gives logos and event emblems a textured finish.
  • Woven & Jacquard Designs
Woven and jacquard options build a pattern into the textile structure, giving brand lettering a different finish from surface embroidery.
  • Nylon or Polyester Webbing
Webbing works as a strap-style piece with a metal fitting, suited to promotional and event accessories.
  • Canvas
Canvas supports a simple fabric look with printed or embroidered branding for apparel collections and everyday gifts.

Thread and Print for Your Artwork

Stitching adds thread texture, while printing places a surface graphic on suitable textiles.

  • Computerized Embroidery
Stitched logos and lettering add visible thread texture, suitable for brand badges and event designs.
  • Thread-Number Color Selection
Thread numbers give the sample and order a defined color reference. The actual stitched fabric shows how the colors look together.
  • Single- or Double-Sided Designs
Single-sided designs focus on one main face; double-sided designs can pair a front motif with a brand name on the reverse.
  • Screen Printing & Heat Transfer
Printed artwork offers an alternative to stitching on suitable fabrics when a surface graphic better fits the project.

Textile Shapes, Sizes and Profiles

The outline frames the motif, and the finished size determines the space available for lettering and details.

  • Approx. 30–90 mm Shaped Pieces
Shaped fabric bodies commonly fall within this size range. The design drawing specifies the length and width or diameter.
  • Round, Square & Badge Outlines
Simple outlines create a clear frame for a logo or event name and make a cohesive group of branded designs.
  • Animals & Letters
A shaped silhouette can carry the identity of a mascot or initial, with small edges and details reviewed during sampling.
  • Flat or Filled Construction
Flat construction gives a tag-like profile, while filling adds volume to a shaped textile piece.

Edge Finishes and Brand Details

Edge treatment and supporting labels help the small textile piece feel like part of a complete brand range.

  • Overlocked Edges
An overlocked edge creates a stitched border around suitable shapes, framing the main design.
  • Bound Edges
Binding gives the outline a fabric border, with a matching color for a coordinated look or a contrasting color as an accent.
  • Woven Labels on the Reverse
A back label provides another place for brand information when the front is reserved for a graphic.
  • QR Codes & Metal Fittings
A QR code can be included in the design, and a metal fitting connects the piece to keys or a bag. Code readability and the complete assembly are checked on the sample.

Packaging for Retail and Events

Bags suit event distribution, while cards and boxes give fabric accessories a branded retail or gift presentation.

  • Individual OPP Bags
Bagged pieces are practical for organizing a bulk event handout or adding a keychain to another product.
  • Printed Backing Cards
A backing card presents the fabric piece alongside your brand story, product name or collection artwork.
  • Kraft or Gift Boxes
A box suits a gift set, with the textile and metal fitting arranged to fit the presentation.
  • Labels, Barcodes & Cartons
Product labels and carton markings support retail and receiving requirements, with care labeling included where appropriate.

Fabric Compared with Molded or Metal Pieces

Fabric creates a softer, lighter accessory than a comparable solid metal piece. Its thread and fabric texture differs from molded PVC, and very fine artwork may need simplification rather than an exact transfer from a metal design.

Apparel, Travel & Event Merchandise

Fabric loops and embroidered tags can carry a small motif alongside keys or on a bag. They fit apparel collections, travel merchandise, and event gifts as a compact accessory.

Fabric Keychain Order Questions

Details on quantities, sampling and production for embroidered and fabric designs.

The standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design and color. Different thread-color combinations or designs are assessed separately, so mixed versions do not automatically combine toward one minimum. A smaller quantity may be considered by style, with a possible higher unit price.
Existing product samples are free, with courier charges paid by the customer. A custom sample is quoted according to the material, process and tooling, with a typical category reference of 7–10 days. The sample presents the stitching, colors, edges and assembled fit for your approval as the production standard. Changes and any effect on fees or timing are agreed for the project. Learn more about sample development.
The usual bulk production reference is 12–25 days, depending on the style and quantity. We plan production using the confirmed sample and specifications, with the start date and schedule agreed for the order. Transit is additional, and the shipping method is selected according to the destination and delivery needs. See how production and delivery work.
Very fine details may need simplification for a stitched design. The sample shows the final size, thread treatment and artwork together; small printed details may not reproduce identically in embroidery.
