How We Handle Keychain Production
The process follows the material, construction and quality requirements of your order.
1. The Approved Production Reference
We use the approved production sample, drawings and specifications as the reference for the order. Proposed changes are reviewed before they are applied.
- Product specifications
Our production specifications record the agreed material, dimensions, colors, logo details and fittings. - Approved sample
The production sample uses the intended materials and components and becomes the reference after your approval. - Packing requirements
Individual packing, labels and carton quantities form part of the agreed order requirements.
2. Check Materials Before Production
Incoming quality checks compare materials, components and packaging with the order requirements before they enter production.
- Materials and color
We check the selected material, its appearance and the agreed color reference. - Components and fittings
We check rings, connectors and functional parts against the required specifications. - Packing materials
We inspect bags, cards, boxes and labels for the agreed size, artwork and quantity.
3. Produce to the Approved Details
We select the forming, decoration and assembly steps for each keychain design. Bulk production usually takes 12–25 days, depending on design complexity, quantity and scheduling.
- Material-specific processes
Metal forming, PVC or silicone molding, acrylic cutting, embroidery and sewing follow the relevant product requirements. - Decoration and assembly
Logo placement, surface finish and fitting assembly are checked during the appropriate production stages; electroplating uses approved outside partners. - Project follow-up
We provide progress updates and can arrange inspection reports or video checks for the project.
4. Check the Finished Keychains
In-process and final checks compare the order with its agreed sample and specifications. Inspection requirements are confirmed for the product and project.
- Appearance and dimensions
Our inspection covers shape, dimensions, color, surface finish and logo or pattern placement. - Assembly and function
We check fitted parts and relevant functions, including the agreed checks for functional keychains. - Quantity and packing
Final inspection covers product appearance, function, packaging and counts under the agreed AQL or customer requirements.
5. Pack and Prepare for Dispatch
The packing method is selected for the keychain and the way the order will be presented and delivered. We confirm labels and carton quantities before shipment.
- Individual protection
OPP bags or backing cards can separate and present individual keychains for promotional or retail orders. - Boxes and branded presentation
Kraft boxes and gift boxes provide an alternative for gift sets and branded packaging projects. - Cartons and identification
We check barcodes, carton marks and packing quantities against the order, then prepare the packing list and invoice.
6. Arrange the Shipping Method
We compare the available route, shipment size and required delivery date. Transit time is confirmed by destination and service, separately from production; export documents are prepared for the agreed shipment.
- Express courier
A practical option for sample parcels and urgent smaller shipments. Transit time and door-to-door service are confirmed for the destination. - Sea freight
Often suitable for larger orders with more time available. We confirm the route, port transit estimate and any onward delivery arrangement. - Air freight
An option for time-sensitive cargo when the freight cost fits the order. Airport handling and final delivery are included only as agreed. - Rail freight
An option on available routes when its time and cost balance suits the order. Route, transit estimate and terminal or final-delivery scope are confirmed individually.

We work from the approved production sample and confirmed specifications for the material, dimensions, color, decoration, components and packaging. Incoming, in-process and final checks compare the relevant details with that reference. Any proposed specification change needs to be reviewed before it is applied.
Yes. We can provide pre-shipment photos and arrange video inspection, along with project updates and production inspection reports. We agree the scope and timing around the details you need to review. Customer project information is not published without authorization.
IQC checks incoming materials, components and packaging. IPQC reviews relevant production details such as dimensions, color, decoration and assembly, and FQC checks finished appearance, function, packaging and quantity. Inspection levels, tolerances and any additional tests are agreed for the order rather than assumed to be identical for every keychain.
Options include OPP bags, backing cards, blister packaging, kraft boxes, gift boxes and custom cartons. Tags and barcodes can be included where required. We confirm the combination for your product, protection needs and retail or gift presentation.
We can assess express courier, sea freight, air freight and rail on available routes. Transit estimates depend on the destination, service, shipment size and customs arrangements, so we confirm them for the order. Rail is only an option where the required route operates. Typical bulk production takes 12–25 days depending on design, quantity and scheduling; transport time is additional.
