Terms of Service
These terms apply to business-to-business custom keychain inquiries and orders with KeychainWise Co., Ltd., including quotations, samples, production, payments, shipping, and quality claims. Written terms accepted for an individual order take priority where they differ, subject to applicable mandatory law.
Effective date: October 14, 2026
1. Website Use
This website provides information about our custom keychain services and supports business inquiries. Sending an inquiry or requesting a quotation does not by itself place an order. Orders are established through written documents accepted by both parties.
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate project information. Do not submit unauthorized materials, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code.
2. Product Information
Website images and descriptions illustrate possible keychain designs and customization options. Your order specifications are recorded in the accepted quotation, approved artwork, applicable sample, and other agreed documents. Materials, dimensions, colors, quantities, packaging, and any special requirements must be agreed before production.
3. Quotations
We prepare quotations from your design, material, dimensions, quantity, production processes, packaging, testing, destination, and delivery requirements. Changes to these details may affect pricing or timing and require written confirmation.
Charges and validity: The quotation states its validity and the applicable product, sample, tooling, packaging, freight, tax, and other charges, including any exclusions. We explain these costs before you commit to an order, make payment, or authorize chargeable work. Additional charges require notice and agreement.
4. Samples
Samples help you review the agreed material, color, size, artwork, construction, workmanship, and packaging before bulk production. Sample approval or requested changes must be provided in writing after your review.
Sample arrangements: Existing product samples are free, with courier costs paid by the customer. Custom sample fees are quoted according to the material, process, and tooling requirements. The quotation identifies the sample scope, timing, shipping charges, revision arrangements, and any refund or credit conditions. Where a sample fee can be credited toward a bulk order, the applicable amount and conditions are confirmed in writing. Changes outside the agreed scope may affect cost and timing.
5. Orders and Payments
The accepted order documents record the specifications, quantity, price, payment method and stages, and conditions for starting production. We arrange production after the agreed payment and specification or sample approval conditions have been met.
Changes and cancellations: Send any change or cancellation request promptly in writing. We review the work already completed and material commitments that cannot reasonably be reversed, then explain the available options and any effect on cost, timing, or the refundable amount. Cancellation does not automatically mean forfeiture of all payments. The outcome follows the accepted order terms and applicable law.
6. Custom Artwork and Intellectual Property
You must hold the necessary rights or permission to supply logos, artwork, designs, and other project materials. We use those materials for quotation, sampling, production, and related order fulfillment. Public use of a customer's name, logo, or custom work requires permission.
Ownership and any transfer of rights in separately commissioned designs or tooling are governed by the relevant written agreement. Supplying materials for an order does not by itself transfer ownership of all intellectual property.
7. Production Tolerances
Products are assessed against the agreed specifications, approved samples where applicable, and written quality requirements. Required tolerances, testing methods, and inspection conditions should be recorded in the order documents. A manufacturing variation does not automatically excuse a product that fails to meet those agreed requirements.
8. Shipping
Delivery estimates and shipping arrangements are confirmed for the order. Customer approvals, specification changes, carrier operations, and customs procedures may affect timing. We communicate known material delays so the parties can address their effect on the order.
The accepted documents identify freight, taxes, customs responsibilities, insurance where applicable, and the allocation of transport risk. A specific trade term applies only when agreed for the order. Delays do not automatically remove either party's obligations or remedies under the order and applicable law.
9. Inspection, Returns and Refunds
Inspect delivered goods and report any problem promptly using the email below. Include the order reference, affected quantities, a description, and photos or other supporting evidence. Any inspection or claim period expressly agreed for the order applies subject to applicable law.
Returns and remedies: Made-to-order products do not carry a retail change-of-mind return policy unless the order or applicable law provides otherwise. Claims for non-conforming goods, incorrect items, shortages, or damage are still considered. We review the evidence against the agreed requirements and discuss rework, replacement, or an appropriate refund. The return method, address, and cost allocation must be agreed with us before goods are returned. For an agreed refund, we confirm the amount, processing arrangements, and expected payment-channel timing.
10. Responsibility
Each party is responsible for its obligations under the accepted order and applicable law. Any specific allocation of responsibility must form part of a valid written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Third-party payment, communication, or delivery providers may apply their own terms to their services. Links or references do not imply an endorsement or special affiliation. Using a third-party service does not automatically remove our obligations under the accepted order.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
The order's accepted governing-law and dispute-resolution terms, where valid, apply subject to mandatory law. If the order makes no such choice, the applicable law and competent forum are determined under the relevant legal rules.
Resolving concerns: Contact us in writing with the order details so both parties can first seek a practical resolution. These general terms do not select a particular country, court, or arbitration institution.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms when our services or legal obligations change. Updated terms will be available on this page. Changes do not retrospectively alter accepted orders or replace their separately agreed written terms.
