Existing Product Sample
Free sample
An available product sample lets you review the material, finish, fittings and workmanship. It is a reference product, rather than a sample made to your own design.
The sample is free; you cover the courier cost. We confirm the available sample and shipping arrangement with you.
Custom-Made Sample
Quoted for your project
Made to the agreed material, shape, dimensions and logo requirements. The fee depends on the process and any tooling needed, and is confirmed for the project.
We review the artwork and construction, with design or 3D modeling support where appropriate. The physical sample follows the agreed design.
Sample fee credit. Part of the custom sample fee may be credited toward a bulk order. Any eligible amount and conditions are confirmed in the project quotation.
Review and revisions. We work through your sample feedback against the agreed requirements and assess any requested changes. The revision scope and next steps are agreed with you before production approval.

Design and Sample Preparation
We review the material, shape, logo and construction with you. We make the physical sample after you approve the design, sample quotation and schedule.

Sample Feedback and Approval
We work through your feedback on the sample dimensions, color, finish and function, including any requested revisions. Bulk production begins after you approve the production sample and final specifications.
General sampling takes about 5–7 working days; acrylic has a 3–5 day category estimate, while fabric, plush and functional designs have 7–10 day estimates. Mold development can require 7–10 working days. We confirm the start date and schedule for your project; courier transit is separate.
The confirmed drawings, materials, components, decoration and packing requirements form the production specification. A production sample made with the intended materials is the reference for the bulk order.
