Inside Our Keychain Factory

At our own factory in the Yiwu area of China, we turn approved designs into finished keychains. Our work brings together mold development, material processing, decoration, assembly, and quality checks.

How Our Production Is Organized

Different materials need different equipment and handling. We organize each job around its approved specifications and the processes the product actually needs.

  • Development and Tooling
Our design and mold team prepares the tooling and production details for the agreed shape, dimensions, and finish.
  • Processing and Assembly
Our work areas cover forming, printing, laser work, embroidery, assembly, inspection, and packing.
  • External Specialist Processes
Electroplating is carried out by external suppliers. We review these suppliers and check returned parts before they move through assembly and final inspection.

From Shape to Finished Detail

We combine the right forming and decoration methods for each material, then bring the parts together for inspection and packing.

Mold Development and Forming

We use CNC equipment for tooling and die-casting, stamping, injection molding, or resin processes to form the keychain body. The method follows the material and approved design.

Printing, Laser Work, and Stitching

UV printing and laser engraving or cutting create artwork and surface detail. Embroidery and sewing support fabric and plush pieces, with the method chosen for the material.

Assembly and Packing

Our assembly lines fit rings, hooks, and other components. We check connections and the relevant functions before applying the agreed labels, packaging, and carton arrangement.

How Work Moves Through the Factory

The route varies by product. These five stages show how materials and parts move toward a finished order, with process checks carried out along the way.

  1. Check Incoming Materials
We inspect raw materials, hardware, and packaging against the agreed specifications, including appearance, color, and quantity.
  2. Prepare Tooling and Form Parts
We prepare the required molds or cutting details, form the parts, and check dimensions against the approved drawing or sample.
  3. Finish and Decorate
Parts are trimmed, polished, printed, engraved, embroidered, or sewn as required. Plating is handled externally, with the returned finish checked by our quality team.
  4. Assemble and Check Functions
We fit the key rings and other components, check their connections, and test the relevant opening, pull, or electronic functions.
  5. Inspect and Pack
We review the finished appearance, dimensions, function, and packing. Labels, item counts, and cartons are checked against the order requirements.

Quality Checks Along the Way

Our quality team checks incoming materials, work in progress, and finished goods. The approved drawing, sample, and order requirements provide the reference for each job.

  • Incoming Materials and Parts
We check the specifications, color, surface condition, and quantities of materials, plated parts, rings, and packaging before use.
  • Work in Progress
We inspect forming dimensions, artwork placement, finish color and adhesion, stitching or resin detail, assembly strength, and relevant functions during production.
  • Finished Goods and Packing
Final checks cover appearance, dimensions, functions, labels, packaging, and counts. Inspection follows the agreed AQL plan or customer requirements; test conditions are set for the project.
