3. Sample Approval
The sample shows the actual size, color, finish and fittings. We address agreed revisions before you approve the production standard.
4. Production & Delivery
We follow the approved sample and specifications, check the products, prepare the packing and coordinate shipment.

- Materials: Metal for a solid feel, soft PVC or silicone for flexibility, and acrylic, leather, wood or fabric for a different finish.

- Our Own Factory
Our approximately 3,000 m² factory in the Yiwu area has a 42-person team and equipment for molding, cutting, printing, embroidery and assembly. Electroplating is handled by approved outside partners. - Design & Mold Support
Our five-person design and mold team supports design review, 3D modeling and tooling development. Materials and processes are selected for the product. - Checks & Shipment Preparation
Four quality staff support incoming, in-process and finished-product checks. Packing quantities and export documents are reviewed before dispatch.
